Chris De Francisci is a Specialist Leader in Deloitte Consulting with a focus on portfolio management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC). He is a Capital Planning Professional (CPP) and has done extensive portfolio management work at the Federal and state level. Chris has worked with a broad range of public sector clients including the Department of the Treasury, Office of Naval Research, Environmental Protection Agency, US Marine Corps, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is the lead for Portfolio Management and CPIC in two of Deloitte’s Communities of Practice. Chris has over 25 years experience working in the Federal space.
