Peter Bayer Director of Strategy and Architecture, Deloitte Consulting

Peter H. Bayer is a Director within Deloitte’s Technology, Strategy and Architecture service line where he is the Federal competency lead for Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio Management.  Mr. Bayer specializes in providing Enterprise Architecture services in support of business transformation, information sharing, legacy modernization, investment decisions and other mission-enabling improvements, particularly for Department of Defense (DoD) clients.  Previously, he was a Managing Director at BearingPoint where he was the practice lead for Federal Enterprise Architecture and Investment, as well as a Director within the META Group’s Enterprise Architecture practice.  Mr. Bayer has over 17 years experience providing Enterprise Architecture services to public sector and commercial clients, particularly in DoD, financial services and logistics/supply chain enterprises.
