Tim Young is a former OMB Deputy Administrator in the Office of E-Government and IT. His experience includes managing the OMB statutory office, overseeing the formulation and execution of the Federal IT portfolio, and definingf management and IT policies and priorities. Tim has led U.S. delegations hosted in seven countries at international public sector symposia and conferences. He has led the implementation of over 30 Presidential Government initiatives, establishing key milestones and performance metrics. His wide experience in Federal Enterprise Architecture, government wide initiatives, IT polices, CPIC, privacy, cyber-security, and identity and records management has made him a sought after advisor and speaker on the impact of current and anticipated government policies. Currently, Tim Young is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting.
